Park View Board Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse and via Zoom, and are open to Membership only. The Zoom link is sent by email from Sunstate Management.
When attending via Zoom, we respectfully ask that you mute yourself until asked to speak.
The next meeting will be on Dec 2nd, and the major agenda item will be approval of the 2026 budget.
The Annual Meeting will be on Jan 6th. Written notice of “Notice Of Intent To Be A Candidate” to qualify for the board must be received by Nov. 27th. Accepted means of delivery are by U.S. mail or hand-delivery to Nicole Banks at Sunstate Management , 5602 Marquesas Circle, #103, Sarasota, FL 34233, or email to nicole@sunstatemanagement.com.
